Built in the 1930’s, this red-brick building sits in the heart of Fitzrovia, combining Margaret Street’s architectural heritage with a strong contemporary creative presence.
INKXSPACE were appointed to refurbish the 1st and 3rd floors, delivering modern office space aligned with the Estate's brief. The works included a full strip-out to both floors, refurbishment of original timber floors, exposed services with suspended LED lighting, new air conditioning, bespoke tea points, and a glazed front meeting room.
The final scheme adopts a refined, hospitality-led aesthetic, creating distinctive, high-quality workspaces with a residential feel.
