INKXSPACE delivered a building wide refurbishment including common areas and basement for the Clients Estate, carefully phased around an operational retail tenant. Works included upgraded washrooms with showers, new timber flooring, LED lighting, air conditioning, feature tea points, and improvements to the main staircase, alongside key power and water infrastructure upgrades.
The Second floor was completed as a fully furnished, tenant-ready suite with a glazed meeting room and flexible working spaces, setting a new benchmark across the estate.
